The best AI visibility tools for agencies in 2026

For agencies, the deciding factors in an AI visibility tool are how it prices many clients, whether seats and brands are unlimited, and whether reports can be white-labelled. Otterly.AI, Peec AI, ZipTie, Rankscale, LLMrefs and Profound all offer agency-friendly options; they differ mostly in how a client is counted.

Disclosure. Citino, which publishes this guide, has an Agency plan; it is described last. Facts about other tools come from their own pricing and product pages, checked on 19 October 2026.

What matters for agencies

Agencies need different things from an AI visibility tool than in-house teams:

  1. How a client is counted. Per workspace, per project, per brand, or one shared pool.
  2. Seats. Whether your team and clients can log in without per-seat fees.
  3. Client-facing output. White-label reports, client portals, exports, Looker Studio.
  4. Volume per client. Enough prompts and engines per client to be meaningful, not just present.
  5. Proof. Clients ask whether the work moved anything. A tool that can answer that is worth more than a prettier dashboard.

Otterly.AI

The lowest-cost way to run many small clients. Standard ($189/mo, 100 prompts) and Premium ($489/mo, 400 prompts) allow unlimited workspaces, and Agency Partners get 150 and 500 prompts respectively. Gemini, AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons per plan.

Peec AI

Clean reporting that clients understand, unlimited users, and a Looker Studio connector from Advanced ($495/mo, 350 prompts, 5 projects). Each plan includes 3 engines of your choice, with more as add-ons, which matters if clients care about different assistants.

ZipTie

A configurator priced by prompt slots and engines rather than clients, with seats, projects and competitors not billed. White-label PDF and Excel reports make it straightforward to hand results to clients.

Rankscale and LLMrefs

Rankscale sells credits and supports many engines, with white-label from its Growth plan and up to 100 brand dashboards on Enterprise. LLMrefs offers unlimited projects and agency client dashboards on a single low-cost plan, updated at least weekly.

Profound

Profound offers a self-serve agency plan with a workspace per client and monthly credits for its agents. It is the strongest option for agencies serving large brands, at a higher price; the current agency price is not published on its pricing page.

What ten clients cost

Use the same unit for every tool: answers per client per month (prompts × engines × runs). A plan with 75 prompts per client on 5 engines, daily, gives each client about 11,250 answers a month. A pooled 400 prompts across ten clients gives 40 prompts each, or 4,800 answers a month on 4 engines. Both can be right; they are different services. The question clients will ask

Sooner or later every client asks: did the work you did change anything? A chart that went up is not an answer if the whole category went up the same week. Look for a tool that can show, per change, whether the effect beat both noise and the field. The method is in how to tell if a fix worked.

Citino for agencies

Citino is ours. Its Agency plans are one prompt pool shared across unlimited client brands: $349/mo for 250 prompts, $599/mo for 500, $1,049/mo for 1,000 and $1,799/mo for 2,000. Every prompt is tracked daily on ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, with Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude as add-ons at the same per-prompt rates as self-serve, white-label reports, client portals with their own logins, unlimited seats, and drafted fixes with a verdict on each. Every number carries a margin of error, so you can show clients which movements are real.

Its limits: it does not track Copilot, DeepSeek or Meta AI yet, and it is newer than the tools above.

Questions people ask

How should an agency price AI visibility tracking to clients?

Work out your cost per client from the tool’s limits, usually prompts and engines per client, then price the service on the work around it: prompt selection, reporting, and the fixes. The tracking itself is becoming a commodity; the analysis and the proof of results are what clients pay for.

Do I need white-label reports?

If clients see the tool’s reports directly, white-label keeps your brand in front. If you present results in your own decks, exports or an API matter more than white-label.

Can one prompt allowance be shared across clients?

On some tools, yes. Peec AI lets prompts be shared across projects, and Otterly.AI allows unlimited workspaces on Standard and above, with one pool of prompts. Pooled prompts are flexible; per-client allowances are easier to price.
