Fix what will move, then prove it moved

Everyone tells you what to fix. Citino ranks the fixes, ships them with you, and tells you whether each one worked.

Overview

From the prompt you lose to a verdict, in one queue

Each work item carries the question you lose, the fix drafted, an owner, and the verdict.

Ranked by what will move

Each gap is ranked by the visibility fixing it should recover, with the effort shown beside it.

Expected recovery: the lift of the sources you choose, times how often the answers read them, capped at how far behind you are. A gap with too little evidence is listed as not estimated, never ranked as a zero.

The fix, drafted and shipped

The listing, the rewrite, the correction, drafted for you. Publish it to Webflow, WordPress or Shopify, send it to Jira, Linear or Asana, or let our team do it.

Four kinds of fix

Missing listings, missing claims on your pages, technical fixes, and corrections when an engine gets a fact wrong.

Unknown is not zero

If Citino cannot estimate a gap, it says so instead of ranking it as zero.

Done with you, in your plan

Our team drafts fixes, claims listings and ships changes alongside yours, from 150 prompts up.

The verdict

Every fix gets a verdict

Did your change work, or did everyone move? Each fix is measured against what your competitors did over the same days.

Awaiting first retrieval

Nothing is measured until an engine has read the page you changed.

Measuring

The window fills a day at a time. Days when every brand moved are labelled, never dropped.

Confirmed, negative or inconclusive

A verdict lands only when the effect is bigger than its margin of error. Smaller than that is inconclusive, never 'early signs'.

Every experiment, one table

Every change, its effect and its verdict, so next quarter starts from what worked.

Net effect is your change minus the median change across your tracked competitors, over the same prompts and the same days.

Status stays measuring until the effect clears its band.

FAQs

Does Citino write or publish the fix?

Yes, with you. Each fix is drafted, then published to your CMS, sent to your team's tracker, or done by our team. Citino never promises placement: the engines decide, and Citino measures what they decided.

Is the done-with-you help extra?

No. It is included from 150 prompts up and on every Agency plan, and every fix our team ships gets a verdict like any other.

How is a gap ranked?

By the visibility it should recover: how much the pages involved matter to the answers, capped at how far behind you are. It is an estimate, which is why every fix is measured afterwards.

What if a change is too recent to read?

It stays measuring until the window is long enough to read.

Why can't I exclude a bad day from an experiment?

Dropping days after seeing the result decides the answer in advance. Market-wide moves are removed by subtracting what your competitors did instead.

Can you forecast my visibility next month?

No. Nothing here is a forecast, because the honest answer is that nobody knows, including anyone selling you a number for it.
